Shipping within Germany
We reliably ship your order to the delivery address you provided. The available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery time in Germany
The delivery time within Germany is generally 1–3 business days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the respective item.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. For orders containing multiple items, the delivery time may be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
International shipping
International shipping is available depending on the destination country. The available delivery countries and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or can be inquired about in advance if necessary.

Shipping with Hermes
Shipping is currently carried out primarily via Hermes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking information via email.
In individual cases, shipping may occur via a suitable alternative shipping method depending on the item, size, weight, or delivery address.
Freight forwarding
For particularly large, heavy, or delicate items, freight forwarding may be required. In this case, different shipping costs, delivery times, or delivery arrangements may apply.

The stated delivery times are guidelines and apply from the date of payment confirmation or from the date on which all information required for processing the order is available. Self-pickup in the showroom
Self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement at our showroom in Wuppertal. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will inform you about the further pickup options.
No shipping costs apply for self-pickup. Cash payment on-site is possible for scheduled pickups.

Damaged delivery
Please check your delivery as soon as possible after receipt. If a package or item arrives damaged, please send us an email within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos.
If possible, please photograph both the outer packaging and the damaged goods so that we can process the case quickly.
