If your lamp still does not work after installing the new transformer, the following causes may be responsible:
1. Defective LED
In many lamps, LEDs are factory-installed in a series circuit. If a single LED is defective, the entire lamp will remain non-functional despite the new driver.
2. Internal short circuit
Possible, for example, in the area of the housing, especially in pendant lamps. Often not visible from the outside.
3. Incorrect polarity
Reversed plus and minus on the secondary connection.
