Paulmann URail CASE LED Uplight 16 W matte chrome at a glance
The Paulmann URail CASE LED Uplight is a flat, rectangular rail light for the 230 V URail system. Instead of directing light straight into the room, the uplight creates pleasant, indirect illumination via wall or ceiling surfaces, making it an ideal addition to classic URail spots and pendant lights.
The permanently integrated LED technology operates at 16 watts and produces approx. 790 lumens. With a color temperature of 2700 Kelvin, it creates warm white light that is particularly well-suited for living rooms, dining areas, and lounges.
Indirect lighting as an uplight
The CASE is designed as an LED uplight for indirect lighting. The light is directed onto an adjacent wall or ceiling surface, from where it is softly reflected into the room.
This creates expansive light accents without the character of a spotlight directed straight downwards. It is an excellent way to create an additional layer of atmospheric lighting, especially in living spaces.
16-watt LED with 790 lumens
The permanently integrated LED light source has an output of 16 watts and achieves a luminous flux of approx. 790 lumens.
A separate bulb is not required for operation, as the LED is already integrated into the URail uplight.
Warm white light at 2700 Kelvin
With a color temperature of 2700 Kelvin, the CASE produces pleasant, warm white light. This light color is particularly suitable for rooms where a cozy and homely atmosphere is desired.
This allows the LED rail spot to be easily combined with other warm white light sources within a uniform lighting concept.
Flat, rectangular design
The uplight measures approx. 165 × 90 × 19 mm and features a particularly flat, rectangular design. As a result, it integrates discreetly into the rail system and is very unobtrusive.
Its minimalist form is particularly suitable for modern and uncluttered interiors.
Matte chrome with metal and plastic
The housing is made of metal and plastic in matte chrome. The understated metallic surface can be easily combined with other URail components in similar color schemes.
The subtle design of the uplight also pairs well with glass, wood, white, gray, or modern metallic surfaces.
For the Paulmann URail 230V rail system
The CASE is specifically designed for the Paulmann URail 230V rail system. The high-voltage rail system operates directly with mains voltage and does not require a separate low-voltage transformer.
Within a compatible URail setup, the uplight can be combined with various spots, pendants, and other system components.
For wall and ceiling application
The uplight is suitable for both ceiling and wall application. This allows the indirect lighting effect to be flexibly adapted to the respective room layout.
The LED light source has a service life of approx. 30,000 hours. The light is not dimmable.
