This matte white lamp glass serves as a versatile replacement glass for numerous types of luminaires and, depending on the design and mounting, can be used for table lamps, pendant lights, hanging lamps, ceiling lights, wall lights, or floor lamps.
This is a high-quality original glass shade for the Sompex CAN 92145 pendant light by the renowned manufacturer Sompex.
The glass has a flat, cylindrical shape with an outer diameter of approx. 127 mm and a height of approx. 64 mm. The matte white opal surface ensures pleasant, uniform, and diffused light distribution and can reduce distracting glare.
The two openings of different sizes are particularly practical. The smaller opening has an inner diameter of approx. 41 mm, while the larger opening with a metal ring has an inner diameter of approx. 66 mm. This makes the replacement glass suitable for various luminaire constructions and mounting systems.
Depending on the structure of the existing light, the glass can be used with luminaires that feature E27 sockets, G6.35 sockets, LED modules, or other lamp holders, among others. The decisive factor is not just the socket, but above all the type of glass mounting and the required diameters.
The replacement glass is particularly interesting if the original glass of an older lamp is damaged, broken, or no longer available. Thanks to its neutral shape and matte white surface, it fits many modern and classic lighting designs from various manufacturers.
