Brilum ALPE26 Recessed Spotlight White Tiltable MR16 GX5.3 IP20 Overview
The Brilum ALPE26 recessed spotlight is a round, tiltable mounting frame for MR16 bulbs with a GX5.3 base. Its simple white finish blends discreetly into light-colored ceilings and is particularly suitable for living rooms, hallways, kitchens, offices, and other dry indoor areas.
The recessed spot is designed for MR16 bulbs with a Ø 50 mm and a maximum output of 50 watts. The adjustable lamp insert allows the light beam to be directed as needed. The GX5.3 low-voltage socket is already included; a bulb is required separately.
Tiltable MR16 Recessed Spotlight
The ALPE26 features a tiltable lamp insert, allowing the direction of light to be flexibly adjusted.
This makes the white ceiling recessed spotlight particularly suitable for accent and zone lighting, for example, for targeted illumination of wall surfaces, furniture, shelves, or work areas.
GX5.3 Socket for MR16 Bulbs
The mounting frame includes a GX5.3 low-voltage socket for MR16 bulbs with a diameter of approx. 50 mm.
This allows a suitable bulb to be chosen according to the desired light color and brightness. The maximum output is 50 watts.
12V Low-Voltage System
The ALPE26 is intended for operation within a 12V low-voltage lighting system.
A suitable 12V power supply or a compatible transformer is required for connection to a standard 230V household installation.
White Finish Made of Sturdy Sheet Steel
The mounting frame is made of white sheet steel. The simple coloring provides an understated look and integrates particularly well into white or light-colored ceiling structures.
The round shape gives the recessed spot a classic appearance, making it versatile and combinable with various interior styles.
98 mm Outer Diameter
The visible outer diameter is approx. 98 mm. A mounting cutout of approx. 75 to 90 mm is required for installation.
The required installation depth is at least approx. 68 mm. Therefore, ensure there is sufficient cavity space for the mounting frame, bulb, and connection before installation.
IP20 for Dry Indoor Areas
The recessed spotlight has an IP20 protection rating and is intended for dry indoor areas.
It is therefore suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, kitchens, or offices, among others. IP20 is not intended for outdoor use or damp areas in the bathroom.
