What will you find in this collection?

The largest part of our range consists of accessories and spare parts for existing 12V cable systems: tension cables in various lengths, spacers and deflectors for ceiling mounting, connectors for track rails, as well as simplex clamps for attaching halogen lamps to the cable. Additionally, we offer colored decorative rings (reflector rings) for MR16 and GU10 spotlights, which can be used to visually refresh existing cable and track luminaires.

For new installations, we also stock high-performance 3-phase track spotlights as rail-mounted spotlights for modern power track systems, which can be freely positioned along a 3-phase track – for example, a 30-watt white track spotlight, Made in Italy, a 50-watt track spotlight with 4,400 lumens in neutral white, a 65-watt track spotlight with 5,800 lumens in gray, a dimmable 14-watt track spotlight in warm white, as well as a 27-watt track spotlight with 6,000 Kelvin for commercial applications.

Individual older cable system lights, such as 12V track spotlights with jack adapters for the Ivela or Alive system, are only stocked as rare items or replacement lights in small quantities – ideal if you need to add a compatible model to an existing installation.

3-phase technology simply explained

3-phase power tracks enable the operation of three separately switchable circuits within a single track. This allows different lighting groups to be controlled independently – a major advantage in shops, galleries, or exhibitions where individual areas need to be specifically brightened, dimmed, or switched to a different light color without requiring a separate track for each zone. A 1-phase track system, by contrast, only offers one common circuit for all connected lights.

In commercial environments, they are indispensable for galleries, retail stores, boutiques, jewelers, and museums where individual objects must be illuminated in a targeted manner and re-aligned at any time if required. Track systems are particularly popular for exhibitions, trade fairs, and showrooms, as the layout can be quickly adapted to changing booth areas and product presentations.

Things to consider before you buy

Voltage & Compatibility: Most accessories in this collection are designed for classic 12-volt cable systems with MR11, MR16, or GU5.3 sockets. Before purchasing, check whether your existing system uses the same voltage and socket. You can find suitable GU5.3 bulbs as well as GU10 bulbs and other LED bulbs directly at Saasil.

Cable length & Voltage: Tension cables are available in different lengths. Plan for a little extra length, as excess cable can usually be shortened discreetly.

Expandability: Both cable systems and 3-phase track systems can be retroactively expanded with additional lights or track segments, provided that suitable connectors are used and there is sufficient capacity on the transformer or power supply unit.

Dimmability: Some of our 3-phase track spotlights are already dimmable. For cable systems using halogen bulbs, you can also use suitable LED & halogen dimmers.
