The right solution for your setup
12V LED power supplies are the most popular voltage: for furniture lighting, LED sticks, table lamps, floor lamps, LED modules, and replacement power units. The 12V supply covers the majority of all common LED systems, such as the original 12V 1A LED power supply as a replacement for Sompex lights, the compact 12V 1.5A plug-in power supply with 18 watts, or the 12V power supply with integrated 4-way distributor and switch for furniture lights.
24V LED power supplies are ideally suited for higher-power applications, longer cables, and professional lighting systems, also in combination with LED strips, such as the 24V plug-in power supply with 250mA for LED electronics.
Special voltages such as 3V, 5V, 6V, 10V, 11V, and 15V are suitable for specialty lights, designer lamps, older replacement applications, and OEM spare parts. If the standard doesn't fit, you'll find it here – such as the 10V desktop transformer with Europlug from Relco, as a 15V plug-in transformer with 6 watts, or as a compact 4.5V power supply for small applications.
Designs: Plug-in power supplies directly for the wall outlet, such as the transparent 12V plug-in power supply with dash-dot connector, compact plug-in transformers as spare parts for lights, higher-power desktop power supplies like the 80-watt desktop power supply with Schuko plug, as well as converters with special connectors – DIN 41529, barrel connectors (5.5 × 2.1 mm / 5.5 × 2.5 mm), open cable ends, or mini-AMP distributors like the 6-way distributor for LED transformers.
What you should consider before purchasing
Constant voltage power supplies provide a fixed output voltage – for example, 12V DC or 24V DC. They are intended for LED products that require exactly this voltage.
Important: This category is not intended for constant current drivers – you can find those in our constant current collection. Do you need a transformer for a halogen or low-voltage system? Then take a look at our transformer & LED driver collection.
We stock power supplies from well-known manufacturers such as Relco, Sompex, Waiberlon, Hoshingmei, and Selv – tested for quality, safety, and durability.
The correct polarity
Make sure that the positive and negative poles match the original power supply – usually marked as "positive inside" or "negative outside" on the barrel connector. Incorrect polarity can damage connected devices, so you must verify this by comparing it with the information on the original unit or the light itself before connecting.
Plan for a wattage reserve
A power supply should not be operated continuously at 100% of its rated capacity. Plan for a power reserve of about 10–20% so that the power supply does not operate permanently at its load limit – this protects the component and noticeably extends its service life.
Input voltage
Many of our power supplies work with an input voltage of 100–240V and are therefore universally applicable – also ideal for travel or when importing lights from abroad, as they automatically adjust to the respective mains voltage.
Protection ratings for power supplies
IP20 is suitable for indoor use only in dry rooms. IP44 is suitable for areas with occasional splashing water. IP67 is required when the power supply is permanently exposed to moisture, such as for outdoor installations.

Common mistakes
Incorrect voltage: A power supply with a different output voltage can damage the connected LED product or may not work at all. Incorrect plug: If the barrel connector dimensions or connection type do not match, the power supply cannot be connected. Incorrect polarity: Reversed positive and negative poles can permanently damage sensitive LED electronics. Insufficient power: If the wattage of the power supply is not enough for the connected load, it can lead to flickering, overheating, or failure.
Dimensions & connector types
The most common connection dimensions are barrel connectors with 5.5 × 2.1 mm or 5.5 × 2.5 mm, in addition to mini-AMP connections for furniture lighting and DIN connections according to DIN 41529 for special applications. Measure the existing plug as precisely as possible before ordering a replacement power supply.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between constant voltage and constant current?
A constant voltage power supply provides a fixed voltage (e.g., 12V or 24V DC) for systems with their own internal current limiting, such as LED strips. A constant current driver, on the other hand, provides a fixed current intensity and is usually used for individual LED modules.
What voltage do I need for my LED product?
The appropriate voltage is usually indicated on the defective original power supply or on the light itself. 12V and 24V are the most frequently required.
Can I also use a 12V power supply for a 24V system?
No, the output voltage must exactly match the respective LED product. Incorrect voltage can lead to malfunctions or damage.
What does barrel connector 5.5 × 2.1 mm mean?
These are the common dimensions for DC barrel connectors on many plug-in power supplies. Ensure that the inner and outer diameters of your previous plug match.
What is a mini-AMP distributor suitable for?
A distributor allows multiple LED consumers to be connected simultaneously to a single power supply, such as multiple furniture lights or LED sticks.
